Where should I begin to read sci-fi? Which writers? I only heard about Isaac Asimov and Stanislaw Lem. How extensive is this genre and is it true that sometimes it is sooo over-the-top that I will not be awed, but just laugh, knowing that what is written is ridiculous or simply not possible?
